Work Hours Or Shift: Monday – Friday (7:30 am – 4:30 pm)

Salary: $19.00 / hour ( $21.00 / hr once training is completed and pesticide ticket is acquired )

As a Lawn Care Technician, you will be responsible for servicing customers’ lawns and providing accurate lawn analyses, while offering amazing customer service. This is a great opportunity for those looking to expand their technical skill set while working outdoors, with no experience required!

 

Responsibilities 

  • Applying fertilizer, treating weeds and performing other professional applications

  • Accurately measuring lawns, providing lawn care quotes

  • Completing lawn analyses and making service recommendations

  • Interacting with customers and ensuring top-of-the-line service

Requirements

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Good interpersonal skills 

  • Advanced problem-solving skills

  • Proven time management

  • Willing to become certified to apply pesticides

  • Ability to carry up to 50 pounds

  • Able and willing to work in various weather conditions for long periods of time

  • Ability to work in a results-oriented environment

  • Valid driver’s license

Education 

  • High school education (or current high school students) 

Experience 

  • No experience necessary

  • Previous sales or industry experience is an asset but is not required!
